Customer support is such a high priority at Execu/Tech that we gave it a special name- Execu/Care. We think the name reflects the attitude we have toward each and every customer. We care about their success. Their success is our success.

The majority of incidents from Execu/Care customers are handled immediately. We use real people to take your messages and have technicians on staff 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Execu/Care customers are entitled to priority response time, 24/7. 

Non Execu/Care customers are entitled to 24 hour response time during regular office hours, Monday-Friday 8:30 to 5:00 CST.

To ensure that our users are getting the most from their system, we offer the following methods of training:

  • Built-in help files
  • Online user guides
  • Printed Manuals
  • Live remote training (using GoToMeeting™, PCAnywhere™, UltraVNC, or Terminal services remote control software, our trainers can provide a truly interactive training experience for your staff.)
  • On site training with individual or group sessions
